Challenge
Usually, it’s either half a year or just one day left before New Year’s Eve. That’s why gifts are often bought at the last minute. This was also the case with Absolut’s New Year campaign.
Our team had four weeks to come up with an idea, pitch it, execute, and launch the campaign. The main goal was to show Ukrainians that the answer to the question troubling them is obvious. They should be mixing their drinks with high-quality Absolut vodka.
We decided not to tell, but to show: vividly, deliciously, and creatively. So that even the hardest heart would melt, and the person would want to try a cocktail based on one of Absolut’s flavors.
Solution
We created a video where the legendary shape of the Absolut bottle became the center of the universe, drawing everything towards it. Around and inside the bottle, everything swirls, explodes, and mixes.
Using 3D graphics, motion design, and collage elements, we created an almost ASMR-like video that you want to watch and rewatch. And, of course, it makes you want to taste all those emotions that our eyes and ears have experienced.
