What we expect:
🔹 Experience in a similar role for at least 1 year.
🔹 Knowledge of the Ukrainian market, familiarity with contractors and tools.
🔹 Skills in Gemius, Google Analytics, and TNS.
Key responsibilities:
✅ Creating media plans based on client briefs, managing campaigns, and preparing reports.
✅ Preparing tender proposals for new business in line with client goals and objectives.
✅ Analyzing and optimizing ad campaigns, providing further placement recommendations.
✅ Communicating with contractors (sales houses, direct platforms, etc.).
✅ Testing new tools, formats, and placement/monitoring systems.
✅ Overseeing all placements to ensure quality and compliance.

🔹 Participating in video content creation for various channels
🔹 Crafting brand concepts for social media presentation
🔹 Creating slogans, community names, hashtags, and more
🔹 Preparing and designing presentations
🔹 Participating in tenders and pitching ideas to clients
🔹 Continuously studying trends in communications, design, and influencer marketing
🔹 Launching and overseeing project implementation in collaboration with managers
🔹 Exploring new technological solutions, engagement mechanics, and services
🔹 Preparing monthly reports on current trends
🔹 Pursuing self-improvement through literature and masterclasses
🔹 Developing case studies for festivals and building the agency’s portfolio
📝 Requirements:
🔸 At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in advertising or PR
🔸 Ability to adapt diverse experience to different products
🔸 Skills in emotionally and effectively presenting ideas
🔸 Capability to be a team player, inspire, manage, and lead large projects
