Task
Create a series of video clips to introduce the audience to the VELO brand in an engaging and accessible way. The goal was to explain how and when to use the product, highlight its benefits, break down its composition, and cover key details users should know. All of this had to fit into 30-second videos while keeping viewers hooked with a charismatic main character.
Solution
To achieve this, we took a step-by-step approach:
• Found the perfect lead. She embodied the VELO style—bold, unconventional, and instantly memorable.
• Built the videos around user questions. We conducted research to identify what matters most to both newcomers and experienced users. Each episode focused on a specific topic, covering everything from basic explanations to finer details, like the tingling sensation during first-time use.
• Kept it within 30 seconds. A clear structure, dynamic pacing, and only the most essential information—presented in a way that’s easy to follow, engaging, and to the point.
Result
We produced a record number of resizes for every possible format, ensuring the videos reached all BAT platforms. The campaign was so successful that, following its launch in Ukraine, global offices began requesting adaptation rights. As a result, the VELO educational video series became a best practice for the international market.
