Vodafone Ukraine is a leading telecommunications company, serving 15.8 million customers. From 2015 to 2022, Vodafone’s investments during the active network expansion period exceeded 34 billion UAH. These record-breaking investments secured the company’s technological leadership and the development of new services. The telecommunications sector requires creating unique communication that stands out in a highly competitive market. To effectively promote our services and engage a younger audience, we chose influencer marketing to seamlessly convey the company’s key advantages to our customers.
EUROVISION 2023
In 2023, the Eurovision Song Contest was held in Liverpool. Ukraine was represented by the band TVORCHI, with Yulia Sanina from The HARDKISS serving as the Ukrainian host. Vodafone sponsored the broadcast of the contest in Ukraine.
OBJECTIVES
- Strengthen Vodafone's image as a European operator with Ukrainian values.
- Unite Ukrainians around positive emotions and support for their representatives during the contest.
- Attract as many viewers as possible to watch Eurovision.
INFLUENCERS
To achieve the campaign's goals, influencers known for their performance skills, creativity, and audience engagement were involved. Their task was to create conversational videos on Instagram ahead of the contest finals and video integrations during live broadcasts on YouTube. The main message they conveyed was: "Connection and music unite Ukrainians for victory."

OBJECTIVES
- Introduce users to Vodafone tariffs.
- Promote the Joice Pro tariff plan.
INFLUENCERS
We selected influencers who had the best track record in achieving key performance indicators. They created posts highlighting the advantages of the Joice Pro plan, particularly the unlimited access to 38 popular apps. The influencers emphasized that these included all the apps they use daily, and with this plan, no data was deducted, allowing them to use their favorite services without limits.
